Hébergement très bien situé, permettant de faire énormément de choses à pied. L'emplacement est calme (pas de bruit dans la rue) et à moins d'avoir des voisins très bruyants dans les chambres voisines, vous passerez une nuit paisible (nous n'avons pas particulièrement été gênés par le bruit du frigo - j'ai vu ces critiques dans certains commentaires. Je ne sais pas pour la clim car nous sommes venus fin octobre). Teresa et Roy ont répondu très rapidement à toutes les questions que nous pouvions avoir, avant et pendant le séjour (je ne comprends pas les commentaires des gens qui les ont trouvés désagréables). Si vous suivez toutes les consignes fournies en amont par Teresa, concernant les horaires de checkin/checkout, vous passerez un très bon moment (seul bémol: si vous n'avez pas WhatsApp, il sera plus compliqué de communiquer avec Teresa et Roy). Parfait pour un voyage en famille !

Buena ubicación, buena zona cerca de muchos restaurantes y de l plaza del popolo, así como del metro. Recomendable en general. Muy buen tamaño de habitación . Roy es muy amable y servicial . Tuve un poco de interacción con una mujer, quizás la dueña , que no parecía muy amable, afortunadamente Roy es lo opuesto. No es un hotel, no tiene restaurante , no tiene nada . Es como un AIRBNB , prácticamente .

This was a great property and overall we were very happy here. Our only complaint is that the WiFi was very spotty. Our room had a WiFi booster but we were constantly kicked off and it was slow which was frustrating.
