"The room was lovely, very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. The location was good. The bar was nice to have however there were inconsistencies in service - only one out of 3 times did we get happy hour snacks included with our drinks, and once I noticed I was charged full price for the happy hour drinks (resolved with a ‘free’ drink only after I had to prove I purchased them in the generous 4 hour time frame even though it 2 hours into it and I had ordered only 10min prior). The iron in our galley was missing for 3/4 days we were there which was annoying. And I had to go up and ask the bar staff to restock the coffee cups one morning. All in all we had a nice stay but there are definitely some kinks to iron out (if they can find an iron that is), especially for the price."
