交通以公車為主，地鐵b線徒步有點距離，附近吃的東西幾乎沒有，務必在市區吃完在回飯店，飯店人員客氣有禮，整體而言，相當滿意。

Great little boutique hotek but not city centre.

The hotel needs a little updating but the staff we're very friendly and helpful and couldn't complain about the cleanliness of the room. It was a bit far out of central Rome for my liking as we had to get a bus or a taxi. But if you want to stay somewhere very green just a bit out of Rome then I'd definitely recommend this hotel. The little garden at the front where we enjoyed a few evening drinks was also very nice.

hôtel calme et agréable

A deux cent mètres de la station Bologna du métro, l'hôtel est situé dans un quartier résidentiel calme. Il a un caractère un peu vieillot, mais avec beaucoup de charme. Le personnel est très accueillant, parlant un peu français et conseille spontanément pour trouver un resto dans le coin, par exemple. Pas mal de clients étaient italiens. Les chambres sont un peu bruyantes, mais rien de gênant. La chambre était équipée correctement (coffre, mini-bar) avec une climatisation aisément réglable. Literie de bonne qualité.

everything was as advertised

Quiet hotel even if it is on a busy road; excellent service from all staff; 20 mins walk to termini station area; nice area but residential so no restaurant nearby; great wifi connection; breakfast may have been a bit limited in choice but it was nice and you get fresh coffee.

Soggiorno di quattro giorni in tre (due adulti e un bambino) in una camera pulita ed accogliente. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Colazione ottima e abbondante.

Gutes Hotel um Rom zu entdecken!!!

Als Ausgangspunkt sehr empfehlenswert... Bushaltestellen direkt vor der Tür... bis zum Hauptbahnhof 10 min.....von dort alles zu erreichen...Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit... jederzeit gerne wieder..

Hotel très accueillant, au calme, proche du métro

3 nuits pour le WE du 15/08/14, on se réveille avec les cigales, petit déjeuner complet, de très nombreux équipements dans la chambre. À l'écart du centre-ville mais au pied des transports! Le personnel parle un peu français et est toujours prêt à renseigner.

Nettes, kleines Hotel an Hauptverkehrsstraße

Da wir schon mindestens zum einhundertsten Mal in Rom waren, hatten wir wenig Probleme mit der Verkehrsanbindung. Vor dem Hotel fahren nur Busse, die aber auch zum Termini (keine lange Strecke) fahren. Von dort aus kommt man natürlich auch mit Null Rom Erfahrung gut weiter. Wir haben nur ein richtiges Restaurant in der Nähe gefunden, welches sich neben dem Supermarkt Carrefeur befindet. Sonst nicht viel zu holen in der Gegend.

Mindre mysigt hotell

Bra hotell, ända minus var 4 km från Piazza Venezia. Det kompenserades av täta bussturer till centrum.Serviceminded personal, helt enkelt bra och prisvärt.

Gutes kleines Hotel

Liegt zwar dicht an einer Strasse, doch sehr ruhig. Frühstück war immer sehr gut, Personal sehr freundlich. Transfer zum Airport hat super geklappt. Fazit: Für einen Trip von 2-3 Tage sehr zu empfehlen.

Comfy hotel set back from main road into Rome.

Staff couldn't do enough for us. Warm and friendly atmosphere, comfy room, large breakfast, excellent wine served on the intimate terrace outside. We loved the hotel. Set back from the main road so not too much noise. Short bus ride into the city. Want to go back!

Zimmer sind sehr klein, sauber, aber renovierungsbedürftig, vor allem das Bad. Service war okay. Frühstück ausreichend, vor dem Hotel fährt direkt ein Bus ins Zentrum (30 min.) Achtung: Für den Fahrservice zum Flughafen wollte man 60€ haben.

Schoene Pension mit sehr netten Menschen

..sehr schönes und sehr gut gelegenes Hotel in ansprechender Gegend nah eines Stadttores von Rom. Alle Aehenswuerdigkeiten sind super erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert ist der Kauf des Roma-Passes vor Ort. Die freigehaltenen Zimmer fuer Expediareisende sind sehr, sehr klein, wir haben dann fuer die letzten 2 Naechte in einem anderen Zimmer 100 € insgesamt draufgezahlt um vernünftig wohnen zu können, dann war es perfekt, die Reise allerdings kein Schnaeppchen mehr. Ärgerlich war auch, dass ich wegen des Lufthansa-Streiks 1,5 Std versucht habe bei Expedia jemand zu erreichen und dann den ersten Flugweg mit dem Zug antreten müsste. Fuer den Zimmeraufwand und die Telefonkosten (3x 25 min) hätte ich gerne einen Gutschein fuer die nächste Reise :) VG Heike Schulze -Haake

Practical hotel, good area, corteous staff

this hotel is in the Nomentana street area, about 7 minutes walk from the Bologna Metro and about 15 minutes from the Annibaliano Metro stations. therefore relatively easily reached. the staff are fantastic, hotel is clean, breakfast is sufficient and good. prices are definitely the lowest for this good neighbourhood. I had a nomentana road-facing small single room, and there was slight road traffic noise at night (did not bother me). then again Rome is not the quietest city, even at night!! otherwise I would recommend this hotel anytime and would have no problem to stay in it again in the future.

Schöne alte Villa

Alles gut (leider gibt es bei der Bewertung nur "ok" oder "sehr gut"), für ein sehr gut wäre das für italienische Verhältnisse sehr ordentliche Frühstücksbuffet noch zu verbessern, und leider ist die viel befahrene Straße bei offenem Fenster selbst in den nach hinten liegenden Zimmern noch ziemlich laut.

Klein aber fein!

Sehr gute öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels. Gute Gegend. Plus des Hotels eindeutig das hervorragende Personal. Wunderschöner kleiner Garten zum Frühstücken oder Ausruhen. Bierchen wird hier auch nachts serviert. Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse üppig. Kaffee in allen Variationen. Gegen Aufpreis auch englisches Frühstück möglich. Minibar mit humanen Preisen im Zimmer; ebenso kostenloser Safe. Okay, Einzelzimmer sind klein, wirklich klein. Bad war in Ordnung mit Hausschuhen, Fön und Kosmetikartikeln, neuen Handtüchern. Wir fanden die Zimmer nicht hellhörig. Klimaanlage sehr leise. Meine Freundin und ich würden jederzeit wieder für 9 Tage hinfahren. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Old fashioned needs some TLC in the suburbs

Old fashioned hotel with worn out carpets and need of some refurbishment. The so-called deluxe superior rooms on the top-attic floor were bearable although the rafters were a mixture of white painted wooden beams and pipes. On arrival there was no-one in reception; it took 15 minutes to hunt someone down! The staff were very helpful although some did not speak English. The breakfast was okay. The garden setting with tables and chairs were very nice for both breakfast and for drinks from the bar in the evening although there were mosqiutos! The metro is 10-15 minutes walk. There are direct buses from outside the hotel to central Rome.

Relativ guter Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigungen

Rezeptionmitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei der Suche nach Restaurants und Verbindungen mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Leider kein Ergebnis auf die Nachfrage nach deutschen Fernsehsendern. Frühstück ausreichend, aber etwas eintönig.

Sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis

Ein gelungener Aufenthalt mit meinen beiden Freundinnen. Sehr netter Empfang bei allen Fragen behilflich. Sogar Tickets für Bus und Metro kann man erwerben, wobei einem gleich noch der Weg erklärt und auf der Karte eingezeichnet wird. Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt gegenüber des Hotels. Sehr gutes Frühstück und für italienische Verhältnisse selten anzutreffen. Jederzeit mit gutem Gewissen weiter zu empfehlen, oder selbst wieder zu kommen.
