The room was clean but the mattresses were a little lumpy. The building and elevators are old but clean. The statues that they have decorating the entire hotel are quite dusty. The staff was all very nice.

Grand Hotel Gianicolo
Comfortable bed, helpful staff, great breakfast. Beautiful neighborhood for walking around. Staff arranged our taxi to Fiumicino. We left at 7:30am and the ride only took 20 minutes, instead of an hour as predicted.
