"I made reservations to stay at this hotel, and paid in full, over 2 months in advance. When I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 pm to check in and drop off our bags, they did not have our reservation. I had paper copies, and emails, showing that we had in fact reserved a room. The manager had zero interest in trying to solve the problem and told us he couldn’t help us and there were no rooms available. This was our first day in Europe after an overnight flight from the US. "The room was very clean in the bathroom was large, which is always nice. We had a supreme double room and appreciated having a larger area. It was also very quiet for being as close to the train and being in the city center. The breakfast buffet was very nice and I thought very reasonable in price. I loved that this is an old hotel but it has been very well maintained. "
