"The room was nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was nice. There was no water bottles in the room, which would have been nice to have. Also on Expedia, during booking I narrowed my search to show hotel with shuttle to airport and this one was the only one but when I checked in I was informed there was no airport shuttle. The only reason I booked was for the shuttle service, otherwise I would have booked closer to the airport. "

"The staff, especially the lady at the front desk was highly professional and personable. Hotel could use a better ventilation system in the dining area. "I stayed here for 4 weeks. This place is very quiet, and away from most of the hustle and bustle. I’m pretty sure I was the only traveler here for probably 3 of the 4. This is the perfect place for the digital nomad who is country hopping. A bus and a tram will get you into downtown Sarajevo. The hosts were very hospitable. Just note that all the shops nearby are closed on Sunday, so plan accordingly."
