"Ausstattung war sehr einfach gehalten. Die Sessel total veraltet und durchgesessen. Da konnte man nicht sitzen. Die Ausstattung war insgesamt aus den 90igern. Kein Service. Es ist kein Hotel zu wohlfühlen. Alles wird auf Sparflamme gehalten. Die Sauna ist defekt, oder wird zumindest so erklärt. Die Handtücher sind genauso alt wie die Einrichtung und völlig inakzeptabel. Das Frühstück ist sehr überschaubar. Brötchen, 3 Sorten Wurst , 2 mal Käse, Eier gibt es auf Zuteilung das dauert dann 10 Minuten. Das Restaurant bietet maximal 3 Tagesgerichte , diese stehen angeschlagen auf einer Tafel. Der Gesamteindruck ist einfach schlecht!

"Able to check in early. Convenient and ample parking. Short drive to Karlovy Vary. The only drawback is that my room was on the ground floor and along the path to the hotel lobby, so it’s noisy when guests chats while walking or dragging luggage. And the lack of privacy means curtains were always drawn."

"This time, we couldn't be accommodated in this property due to the fact we had forgotten one photo ID. We understood that'. The receptionist perfectly explained the rules. The refund was processed by the booking company. That's fine. The strange experience was in the restaurant we used before heading back home. The tip was rounded up much higher we mentioned. It was bizarre. After calling the hotel's restaurant first we heard we need to come back to do refund difference through the terminal which was rather inconvenient while we just returned back home. Fortunately, quite promptly, the restaurant manager called us back and mentioned that all had been fixed. It was a very unfortunate stay for us this time comparing to our very first visit in this hotel last year. I am aure that next time we will be able to enjoy this hotel facilities fully again. Thank you "
