"Building and the apartment where as per photos and really nice. However there was no contact, phone call, text, email with the details about how to get in. I was struggling around,at almost midnight, trying to find my way in and finally I had to call the agency for the details (luckily, lady picked up the phone and was very helpful). "Lovely brand new hotel - recently taken over by VOCO IHG chain. Breakfast was amazing with good choices. Transport links were easy. 1hr to get the train to Krakow. Get the AP bus also - airport to hotel area in around 40 mins and cost 7 zloty each. A cab on arrival was 258!! Lovely coffee machine and kettle in the room. We had a standard room which had a sofa. Very good deal. "
