"Clean, basic stay. 10 min walk from Ringsheim train station and a short bus ride to Rulantica and Europa Park. Housekeeping generally only on request. Limited dinner and breakfast options, but there is a Subway and pizza/pasta restaurant (which also offers takeaway) directly opposite. Would stay again for convenience to station/parks; it was very clean and suited our needs overall."

"A really nice hotel, easy to get to the city by Tram with only a few minutes walk. The pool and spa were great and made for a relaxing afternoon. We would stay here again."

"We recently stayed here for 3 nights. Overall, the hotel itself is nice and comfortable, but the housekeeping service was a major disappointment. Upon check-in, we explicitly requested daily room cleaning and fresh towels for our entire stay. However, during 2 out of the 3 nights, our room was completely ignored—no clean towels and no service at all. When we raised the issue after the first day, the front desk claimed it wasn't noted in their system. To their credit, they apologized and compensated us with 4 complimentary drink vouchers, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the exact same thing happened after the second day. Once again, our room wasn't cleaned, and when we spoke to the staff, they used the exact same excuse—that it wasn't recorded in the system. This time, however, no compensation or real solution was offered. It’s a shame because the hotel has great potential, but basic communication and housekeeping consistency definitely need improvement."

"Street the hotel is on seems a bit sketchy, but the hotel inside is very nice. Hard to access by car because officially the road seems to be no cars (although cars drive/park on it anyways). Parkade they recommend is a close and easy 10 min walk or so. Hotel does not have AC, but they use geothermal cooling or something which definitely helped us beat the heat during the European heat wave. The staff offered a fan, and brought it up quickly when we accepted. Comfortable room, great location, would return."

"Pour aller à Strasbourg sans auto, il faut se rendre au stationnement incitatif appelé 'parking relais'. Le cout du stationnement est de 4,20 Euros, mais SURTOUT, permet de prendre le tramway et l'autobus toute la journée, et ce jusqu'à 7 personnes sur le même billet! Une vraie aubaine, et sans stress pour stationner au centre ville de Strasbourg.Le statinnement est situé à l'arrêt du tramway 'Baggersee' Tout simplement GÉNIAL. Il y a aussi un centre d'achat en face et des restaurants servent le petit déjeuner à bon prix."
