"Wir hatten 2 Übernachtungen mit Frühstück im Hotel gebucht. Die Zimmer in sauber und in gutem Zustand. Die Freizeitangebote (Tischtennis, Pool, etc. ) sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber Großteils okay. Leider lässt der Umgang des Personals mit den Gästen sehr zu wünschen übrig. Wegen eines Fehlers wurde uns der Hund doppelt berechnet. Um dies zu korrigieren mussten wir 6! mal die Rezeption aufsuchen. "Lovely quiet, rural area. Fabulous forestry, rocky outcrops, scenery so green. Great for walking, cycling, exploring this part of northern Bavaria. Even though rural roads, superb, easy from A to B. Staff lovely in the hotel. Spoke good English for restricted German speakers. Comfort Room spacious and clean. Little terrace with outside seating. Great views. "Das Zimmer war renoviert und sauber, bis auf den Mülleimer. Bett, Möbel, Vorhänge und das Bad waren neu und sauber. Der Kontakt mit dem Personal war nur kurz und freundlich. Wenn man von der Straße der Ausschilderung folgt und am falschen Ende der Hotelanlage ankommt, dann möchte man am liebsten wieder umkehren, da ist leider nicht einladend aussieht. Es fehlt eine eindeutig gute Ausschilderung. Ich hatte kein Frühstück, bewerte dies also auch nicht. "
