"Property wasn’t what it’s advertised. Check in process was very complicated. We did pay in full online upon booking but was required to pay cash at the property upon checking in when asked why, we were told that it was just to secure the booking which I’m sure Expedia is not aware of their (property agent) practices. We have booked for 4 nights, on our fourth night, they had to move us to a different room (which is worst than the one we had), we were told that the owner of the unit had scheduled...

Even though ALL the liquors and wines are displayed, they are for display only. The rest of the hotel was absolutely phenomenal and in a perfect location. Staff was amazing and the room was better than other places in Manila. I will stay here every time in the future. But I will just avoid dinning there.
