"All good"

"Stayed recently. Overall good, but the air conditioning was not effective and it was very hot. A tech came after I reported it and said they would fix the next day, but it never happened. Otherwise, everything was fine."

"You need to use a paid parking garage or park on street. This was a concern that we managed to avoid this time. We noted adequate availability of street parking but this was a weekend with no special events. Not enough info on how parking works is svailable on website. Breakfsst was good except eggs were runny and not tasty. I don't like how you need to leave keycard in a wall fixturefor room lights to work. Also don'f like sliding door for closet and bathroom - stupid design. Needing to use keycard to use elevator is understood for good security but is a pain because it is finicky to work. Price a little high."

"I especially enjoyed the friendliess of the staff. There are solid options nearby to eat - Pelon's and the Hoboken Pizza house were good for lunch."

"I did not stay here! I pulled up and there were all kinds of people wandering around the dimly lit parking lot. At the front desk things seem possibly okay but The WHOLE PLACE REEKED OF DOGGY FECAL MATTER AND URINE! I didn't notice it at first until I was let in after getting my key. As soon as that door leaving the fro t desk opens it just hits you!! Still trying to be opwn minded I headed up stair to see my room. The exterior of the door to the room was dirty with black smudge marks all over it. One of the lamps did not have a bulb in it. The window had permanent marker drawings all over them, looking out to the view of a pool that looks like it hasn't been cleaned since installation. The air-conditioning system had black stuff all over it and looked as if it had been taped up at one point. There was double sided tape on the walls like someone tried to hang something there. The carpet was worn, dirty and had an odor like a landfield. The door looked as if it had been kicked in at some point because the latch was broken leav I ng no way to secure it. The picture frames, door frame amd sheet eock had been nawed on by what had to have been a large brewd dog AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF....THERE WERE ROACHES. I recorded one of them crawling up the wall in the bathroom before returning to the front desk to make a complaint. The lady at the front desk said " I am the General Manger"

"Only issue was when we checked in the fri t desk did not tell us there was breakfast on the 14 th floor daily. Everything else was perfect "

"Clean room. Helpful Front Desk. Good Breakfast. We only had one issue -- we were staying in a room overlooking the lobby. Two guys came back to the hotel at 2:30 AM and carried on a loud conversation until around 3:00 AM. It would start up and then die down and then start back up. Happily, as I was getting ready to go down to ask them lower their voices, they apparently went to their rooms or left. They were not yelling -- just talking very loudly, and I think that our room position made it worse, so beware if you have an "_01" number. Otherwise, it was a perfectly good stay. "
