"I had an excellent stay at Le Passage. The service was professional from start to finish, and the staff made the experience very pleasant. My room was spotless, and the housekeeping team did an outstanding job keeping everything clean, organized, and well maintained throughout my stay. One thoughtful detail that really stood out to me was when I left a few pieces of clothing on the bed before going to breakfast. When I returned, the housekeeping staff had neatly folded my clothes and placed them in the closet. It was such a kind and unexpected gesture that showed their attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service. I was also pleasantly surprised to find gluten-free pastries available at breakfast. As someone who is gluten intolerant, this was greatly appreciated and made my dining experience even more enjoyable, as it can be very challenging to find gluten-free options while traveling overseas. It was a wonderful touch that made me feel truly accommodated. Another thoughtful amenity I appreciated was the complimentary coffee and tea service delivered to the room after breakfast. It was such a nice gesture and another example of the hotel’s excellent hospitality and attention to its guests. The hotel is also just a few minutes from the airport, which made it incredibly convenient for my travels. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and professionally managed hotel near the airport, I highly recommend Le Passage. I will definitely book here again!"

"I am thankful for the staff at the hotel. Everyone was so friendly and asking if I was Okay. I really enjoyed the pool and the room service. After my meals, the front desk would call and ask if everything was good. I am grateful having staff members that care"

Sofitel Cairo Downtown Nile

"Everything was perfect I really like it .the only thing I didn’t like in Sofitel downtown Nile is every night in the lobby, you see a lot of people and a lot of girls did dressing no properly and is not safe for the family just at night. I had 15 years old girls. I was scared to let her go around the hotel walking by herself at night after when I see all these people’s, specially the girls dressing Improperly very bad and with bad attitude .I really this is only my concerned about the night at Sofitel ."

"My stay at this hotel was absolutely excellent! The staff were incredible always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with any questions or requests I had. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. I strongly recommend watching the sunset from the rooftop; the view is breathtaking and truly an unforgettable experience. The staff were easily a 10/10 and made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!"

"Stayed a Marriott Mena House for 4 nights as a base for site-seeing the pyramids and the new museum. It's a fantastically maintained property with lovely rooms (we had a pyramid view deluxe double), wonderful green space and a fantastic pool area. The staff are wonderful and go above and beyond to make the stay memorable. Special shout out to the concierge for helpful us with airline-lost baggage. The only consideration is location. The hotel is perfect for the pyramids and new museum, but is approx. 30-40 minutes drive from downtown Cairo for the old museum, grand bazaar etc etc. We would recommend Marriott Mena House over and over again. It's truly fantastic hotel."
