"Clean room. Didn’t swim, but pool are looked clean. No fitness center, Breakfast only minimal. Required $100 additional deposit for incidentals - either on card (takes 7-10 days to reverse charge) or cash (I offered cash and asked for a receipt, but the clerk said that’s not how they do it …they just put a note on it and give it back at checkout. I refused to hand over the cash without a receipt, so I told him to charge to the card. This whole part was a little sketch)."

"The room was very clean and breakfast was great for our family. My only very minor complaint is that some of the tables were a little dirty during breakfast so I asked for a napkins or paper towel to wipe it down and the front desk associate hanged me a rag and glass cleaner. It was a huge deal, just feel like someone that works there should have done it. Overall, really great place to stay especially with kids. "

"If you don’t want much. It’s bare bones, no coffee pot in your room. Bathroom so small. Breakfast a bagel bar- which is good if you eat gluten. Staff were wonderful and very helpful. Not sure I’d use a spark hotel again just personally. "
