Comfort Suites Wilson I-95

4/10 Poor

"We drove from CT to FL and stayed here for the first time. Definitely expecting something better for the price. The hotel lobby was the best part and it was decent. The room felt weird and bit uncomfortable. The floors felt and looked dirty, and the bathtub had a stain that for some reason came off while showering. We had to put a towel on the tub to feel more comfortable. The table and chair were dusty and the worse part was the sofa bed. The mattress topper had a pink/red stain and a burnt spot. Called lobby to have it changed and I was asked to get it myself since the receptionist was alone. To add to that the elevator was out of service for a couple hours. Based on my experience definitely not staying here again especially with my kids."

"We show up on Saturday and wanted to check in but the hotel gave away our room. I spoke to Cassandra on Thursday to assure everything was perfect and even paid for incidentals at that time. So we show up after our baseball game ready to relax and our room was given to someone else. So we had to go to a different hotel."

"We stayed in this property in June 2025 and it was a wonderful day. However, this year in June 2026 we were extremely disappointed in the hotel overall because of cleanliness and lack of housekeeping services. Upon arrival at 1:50 AM, we were given the keys to our suite and when we entered, the room was not clean. There was vomit and other body substances on the furniture and the room was not made for new guests. We were given another suite and at this point we were so tired we just crashed. The next day we noticed that the room had lots of dust and the sheets did not look clean. It was a disappointment to say the least we were ready to leave and get another room across the street but I could not get a refund on a prepaid room. We did not have one housekeeping service call during our entire five night six days stay. Each day I had to stop a Housekeeper in the hallway to get clean towels and give them dirty towels. Housekeeping never came to refill shampoo and soap in the dispenser. Breakfast was the same every day. There was not a variety of food after five mornings of eating the same food. It’s sickening. The front desk staff, however, made up for the other disappointments. They were extremely helpful and accommodating. The positive things about this hotel, where the free parking location was great. It was close to restaurants and I-95. Needless to say, I will never come back to this hotel again."

"The room was clean and quite nice and that’s basically the only reason I’m rating it like this. The breakfast was good too, but it is extremely noisy with the doors slamming. There was a big door gap on our room that we put a towel under and between to try to help quiet the noise. I wouldn’t stay again just because of the paper thin floors and walls"

"The front desk was courteous, helpful & friendly. I requested a handicap room but yes, it had bathroom safety bars but that room was<3. The shower head come thru an open hole in the wall, the toilet seat was left up(did someone use it after cleaning,) there was no drinking water in our room, the sink was tiny & the pipes exposed by a coverup gone bad. The lobby was nice but no beverages provided, not even water! We will never stay again"
