"Room was clean just need a few upgrades with the appliances and plumbing."

"Room was a good value for the money. A little out of the way from Monroe, but your room view of Lake D’arbonne makes it all worth it.. ask to be housed in the lower building.. this is the building that has a view of the lake. "

"The overall cleanliness of this hotel was ok but in our room we found crumbs, red lint that matched nothing in the room, and a hair tie under a bedside table. It was clear by these things that the floor in our room had not been cleaned. Also, when inspecting the bed for bugs, we noticed that the mattress had a huge brown stain on it that was covered up by a mattress pad. I understand accidents happen, but when a mattress is stained this badly, it should be replaced, not only for cleanliness but also because bodily fluids will breakdown the fibers in a mattress over time."

"T.v. did not work. Could not get an internet connection. No shampoo. My room number was written on the wall."
