Learn more about Rockport

Nestled in the North Cascades, this charming town offers a gateway to outdoor adventures and stunning mountain views. Hike the nearby trails, fish in the Skagit River, or visit the North Cascades National Park's visitor center for an immersive wilderness experience.

I love North Cascades! Specifically, this overlook. This place is about a three-hour drive from Seattle and is a must-visit in the summertime. You don't need to hike for this view so it is accessible to everyone. Washington was nicknamed "The Evergreen State" and, in my opinion, this place is a perfect example as to where this nickname came from. #culture
