The bathroom was disgusting, with mould all around and bugs at night, and the swimming pool was full of dust. Never again, wasn't it shown in the advertisement.

They need to check inside rooms that all is working eg: bathroom/toilet door wouldn’t close over properly very tight parking within the facility no extra blankets mattress uncomfortable no information booklets in rooms tv not working properly but it was a safe place to lay your head

Staff was friendly and helpful. The motel room shows its age and there was mould in the bathroom. Needs a clean and the whole room would be good after a renovation. Parking spaces too small and confined. Not much traffic noise but loud people outside the room at 5am the day we were there.

Kept well-informed about booking & check-in until arrival; key-box pickup was simple & effective. While it is an older motel, is well-maintained and has everything you need for an overnight stay (or longer). Kitchenette is always very nice to have! Shopping centre easy walk down around corner. Check out similarly simple & easy, would definitely stay here again, thank you.

The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The building is a little tired but serves the purpose. This is offset by the price so it’s great value. There are plenty of dinning options and a supermarket etc within a few minutes walk.

Had to wait ages at reception, receptionist arrive smelling of alcohol. Room was dirty, in a poor state of repair and very poorly decorated. Only good point was the powerful shower

This motel was the worst I have ever stayed in. The only saving grace was the fact that I arrived so exhausted and bleary eyed that I couldn’t see the filth that awaited me in my room. In the morning, I couldn’t wait to get out! I am not sure how this property manages to maintain a 3 star rating. My room was atrocious. Rubbish on the bench, pillows so flat they fold when you pick them up, pubic hairs in the shower, pipes that don’t drain properly (and the lingering stench caused by that issue), unvacuumed floors, long dark hairs scattered over the tissue-thin mattress protector… This place ought to be condemned.

Run down and shabby. Blankets were dirty and gross, not even a shower curtain or toilet roll holder! Towels were not included, neither was cutlery. Booked for 3 people and had cutlery, cup and glass for only 1. Spend and extra $20 and get a decent room!!

Definitely not 3 star

Mattresses and bases plus furniture which obviously was to be thrown away leaning on exterior walls,. Overgrown poisioned weeds and and cigarette butts all around the entrance to the unit. Advertisement said “Queen bed” but 2 singles were also in the room making it near impossible to use the bathroom. Price was right and staff were helpful

Room was not ready on check-in, they said 20 mins so we gave them double the time and it still wasn't ready. Bathroom window had a 3 inch ventilation gap with no mesh, insect got in. It was cheap so you get what you pay for i guess.

Cigarette burns completely covering two of the three blankets on beds, cigarette filters lying under the beds, filthy curtains, no mattress or pillow protectors, about 8 squares of toilet paper provided (had to go buy more as soon as we arrived - no staff on site ever seen to discuss with), cobwebs in every corner of the ceiling, wall mirror not secured (sitting on the floor), toilet door broken off its hinges, loud drunken party held downstairs by residents from midnight onwards, and kettle won’t even fit under the sink tap to fill up for a morning coffee.

On check in, the ac was super noisy & the tv didnt work at all. Asked for another room & the owner checked the tv, told me i didnt need one anyway & when i said i expected to have the room & amenities i paid for, the owner became verbally aggressive, yelling & abusive. I would have left if it hadnt been a long weekend & everywhere sold out (i checked following his abusive rant) The window didnt close properly -& you could hear everything from outside and the other rooms. The bed was hard, lumpy and noisy, sounding like it was going to fall apart. The bathroom had mould on the roof & in the shower grout, there was rust on fittings, the fridge, and the toilet roll holder was falling off. The ac was so loud you had to turn the tv way up to even hear it - so it was tv, or aircon. You couldnt effectively or comfortably have both - but as it turns out, it wasnt a dilemma for long, because the ac stopped working anyway the first night.

The room had a bar of soap in the soap holder from the previous person, the shower curtain was thrown over the rail, and smelt like urine, the shower obviously hadn't been cleaned. The room was very dirty with moths and a smelt. The television had no reception, the air-conditioning unit was running at about 100 decibels and was taped up with duct tape. The fridge stunk. The room needed at least a two hour thorough clean. The photos on every booking site look 20 to 25 years old, this would be an extremely good definition of false advertising. I managed to get approximately 4 hours sleep per night there, while working all day in the hot sun Monday to Friday. I am very disappointed and will never stay there again or book another room with any company like Expedia, falsely advertising a legitimate health hazard. Post Script: There was no smoke alarm in the room, just a plastic plate where one used to be. Expedia must immediately contact the fire Marshall and report the risk they are placing their clients under. Obviously the booking fee is worth more to these booking companies than their clients lives.
