Spotless hotel and room. We really enjoyed. The price its pretty good and amenities and pool very good. The only thing we didnt like was the gaming room, because the pool had a missing ball and registration counter said they cannot help. It was a little durty as well. We had a good stay here. It was very convenient to be right at the entrance to universal studios. Big plus that the hotel also had a shuttle to and from the parks.
