Good location in an attractive part of rochefort. Close to shops and the market square. Excellent breakfast. No parking but large central free town car park just across the road.

Hôtel historique ressourçant

Très bel hôtel avec grand parking gratuit à proximité, proche des commerces. Chambre et salle d'eau très propre et confortable, volets plus rideaux des rangements un bureau et magnifique cigne en serviette c'est très accueillant. Personnel très aimable, dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de service restauration. Mais hôtel vraiment atypique même si il y a 3 etages sans ascenseur, pour préserver le patrimoine, je trouve merveilleux et vraiment historique. Préservons notre patrimoine pour savoir d'où nous venons, on peut se ressourcer.

Très bien.

Hôtel très agréable et idéalement situé en ville (mais très calme) avec un très grand parking juste en face. Hôtel propre et confortable. Le personnel est très sympathique. Le seul point négatif, nous avons changé de chambre quelques jours avant notre arrivée pour une plus grande. Cette dernière plus spacieuse était au 3ème étage sans ascenseur, ce qui n’était pas facile pour nous avec un bébé de 2 ans. Mais on a pu s’en sortir quand même et cela n’a pas entaché le séjour.

Convivialité et sympathie

Excellent hôtel, c'etait une expérience unique de séjourner dans un hôtel qui existe depuis sa construction en 1677, oui depuis 1677 a été un hôtel. Très bien entretenu, très propre et il contient toutes les commodités dont on a besoin. L'accueil très sympathique et chaleureux, du gérant au personnel, ils étaient tous professionnels et très agréables. Je le recommande vivement à tous ceux qui veulent séjourner dans la région. Bonne continuation et merci pour L'accueil.

Excellent accueil. Chambre confortable et bien équipée. Petit déjeuner copieux. Les quelques points négatifs : manque d’insonorisation intérieure et il n’y a pas de kleenex dans la chambre. Autre point, mais nous le savions en réservant, pas de climatisation et le bâtiment est en plein soleil l’après-midi, donc chambre très chaude la nuit en été.

Super séjour

Notre séjour en famille à été vraiment super. L'hôtel est magnifique et très bien entretenu la propreté et irréprochable et le service au top. L'équipe est vraiment agréable et prévenante avec nous. La chambre était spacieuse et très bien équipé. Je recommande vivement cette hôtel et nous y retournerons en famille prochainement.

Très bon séjour dans le centre de Rochefort

Un hôtel "classé" dans le centre de Rochefort , bien entretenu, une équipe bienveillante toujours la pour répondre aux questions. Dans la chambre , le point gênant c'est pas de climatisation et vu les températures de cette semaine de plus de 35 degrés, il a fallu se contenter de deux ventilateurs mais sinon tout est ok. Très bon petit déjeuner, le parking public gratuit est a deux minutes.

Très grosse déception

Suite à notre réservation sur TRIVAGO nous avions sélectionné un hôtel avec climatisation et à notre grande surprise un ventilateur en guise de climatiseur dans la chambre avec une chaleur insoutenable. Une nuit horrible avec une chaleur torride dans la chambre. Le lendemain matin les gérants de l'hôtel ont simplement dit que ce n'était de leur faute mais de TRIVAGO sans s'excuser.

Un lieu rustique mais plutôt sympathique.

Ce n'est pas l'endroit idéal si l'on cherche le confort d'un hôtel 3 étoiles mais l'accueil est convivial et le petit déjeuner plutôt bon. Je m'interroge encore sur l'installation électrique et sa conformité avec les règles de sécurité. Idem pour la sécurité incendie qui ne me semble pas être respectée : pas de détection incendie dans les chambres, pas de porte coupe feu... Pour l'insonorisation avec les voisins elle est tres mauvaise notamment entre les étages. Il est donc préférable de séjourner au 3ème et dernier étage de l'hotel mais attention il n'y a pas d'ascenseur ! Gros avantage l'hotel est en centre ville si l'on veut visiter les musées et la ville.
