"L'enregistrement s'est très bien passé grâce à l'aide du propriétaire. Au début, nous avons eu quelques difficultés à faire fonctionner les radiateurs et l'eau chaude. Deux jeunes employés du bar sont venus nous aider. La connexion Internet était très faible et instable tout au long de notre séjour ; le personnel n'a pas répondu à nos demandes. "I don't usually write reviews but Morgan was so helpful I had to write one. We arrived with 2 young children who had just had a long ferry and car journey and needed to move! She was so accomodating, patient and helpful with us all while she was giving us local recommendations and answered all our questions. She also provided us some milk for the children in the evening when we couldn't get any from the shop. Thank you! The breakfast was also very good."

"This is our go-to for travel in and out of Tours since it’s immediately adjacent to the TGV station. It’s always clean and the staff always pleasant. Everyone we have encountered also speaks pretty good English. This is not a fancy-pants hotel with luxe appointments, but always reliable. They have a parking lot and excellent little pates de fruits bonbons at the reception desk."
