"La Plage has magnificent views of the sea and the iconic Isola Bella. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the staff are friendly and attentive. Be aware that the beach is rocky and hard to walk on and it’s difficult to enter and exit the sea for a swim. It’s easy to get up to Taormina via the funivia (cable car) for a 10€ round trip. "

This is a beautiful property, and we had a beautiful room!! However, the staff is the best part about this property. They are kind and helpful. All the staff is great. The breakfast was very good. "Everything was over the top! I have been to many Four Seasons properties in Europe. Not only they kept the standards of the hotel chain, this was the best one! Breakfast was amazing, the spa was divine and honestly except the pool being a little too small. Everything was just perfect."

"I tried to reached to them a week before my travel to get some information about the transport options to the hotel nobody responded i was already heading towards the hotel when i received an email in italian with useless information. On the day of arrival at reception they told me most of the facilities are closed including the restaurant none of this was mentioned while i made the bookings. The lady at the reception on 23rd around 13:30 while speaking to me in between exchanged words in her language with her staff member and both laughed and passed weird expressions which is very unprofessional and insulting to do to your guests. We went into the room noticed even the basic things are not in the room for a 4 star hotel. Only 2 water bottles in the fridge no kettle no tea bags no iron, Broken cupboards, Ants in the balcony, broken hair dryer, noisy Bed We asked them for extra towels 3 times finally had to get down and ask for 4 time.The AC was blowing air not cooling the room due to this my 1 year old got unwell and had temperature. I requested to make the AC work nothing changed. We went to speak at the reception and when we mentioned our baby is unwell they laughed at us at this moment we realised its a very unsafe place to stay.extremely rude and unprofessional staff worst hotel experience of my life.I had to leave the hotel and make another booking at a different place."
