"Hotel location was convenient to the Elvis Mansion and Graceland. Not so convenient to restaurants outside the hotel bistro. The bistro was very nice with light foods and wine and beer even though a bit expensive. Tyrone was pleasant and extremely helpful to meet us at our room and help carry baggage inside. Hotel was enclosed with card entry fencing which made us apprehensive at first but then realized how safe it was. Room was very clean and relaxing."

"Nice hotel. The Mexican restaurant adjacent to the hotel was lauded for its food. However, a security guard was at the entrance, checking for weapons. Not much else around to eat "

"This was the best hotel at this price point, which was amazing that I have stayed in. It was clean, service was exceptional, price was PERFECT, I have another trip coming up soon and I looked to change hotels but they don’t have on where I’m going. In the future I will look for AVID hotels first "

"We have stayed here 3 times and we keep coming back! Clean rooms and facility. Ground floor hallway smelled like weed on this stay but it did not bother us in the room. Bed comfy, clean, carpet clean, nice set up. We will continue to stay here when in the area for concerts"

"It was Memphis and saw a gang related incident at gas station down the road toward Graceland when being driven to Marlowes to eat. 10 plus cop cars still there when we returned. Glad our car was in locked gate area"
