"Hotel was a 5 minute walk from the downtown area of Gallarate and a shorter walk than that from the train station. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and accommodatingly bilingual. Very cozy room with a delicious breakfast offered in the morning. 5/5, would stay here again!"

"Stayed at MO.OM Hotel recently and overall had a nice and relaxing stay. The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful. One thing to note is that the hotel is not very close to the train station, so you will likely need to get an Uber or taxi which can cost around €22 or more depending on the time and location. There also aren’t many shops or places nearby, so we had to go to the nearby Iper shopping centre to buy snacks and essentials. The spa was lovely, however it is not included in the hotel stay and costs an additional €35 per person to use. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the hotel very clean and relaxing. It was a peaceful atmosphere and comfortable rooms made it a pleasant experience."

"The hotel was super clean and very well kept. The staff were very helpful and spoke English. The breakfast was a little disappointing for such a lovely hotel. There was a good selection but the bread was stale and the pastries were slightly burnt. Our room was facing a busy roundabout and was quite noisy at night."
