"This hotel was a fine place for the night for a great price. We only stayed one night, so I wasn't terribly worried about the room.
The pros: staff was very friendly and helpful, inexpensive nightly rate, close to food/entertainment, clean
Cons: the hotel needs some repairs (damaged furniture, sloppy painting, water damaged ceiling that was fixed but doesn't match the rest of the ceiling, uneven trim and framing, etc), the elevator makes an unnerving clang when going up past the 3rd floor
Worth mentioning, while there is onsite parking, it is VERY tight. We have a large truck, which luckily fit, but it definitely took some maneuvering.
Overall, it was a good price and fine for the night. I think with some repairs, new furniture and sprucing up it could be a great. I would stay here again if it was just for one night, if I had a lengthier stay, I would stay somewhere a bit more updated and with more amenities."
