"O quarto e os móveis precisam de manutenção. Encontramos duas baratas no quarto e as tomadas paravam de funcionar com frequência, sendo necessário acionar a recepção várias vezes para religar o disjuntor. Em algumas ocasiões, a equipe da recepção demonstrou incômodo, como se o problema fosse de nossa responsabilidade. Pelo valor cobrado, a estrutura e o atendimento precisam melhorar bastante para que a estadia realmente valha a pena."
