"Nice breakfast "

"We were traveling and needed a place to sleep for the night. I booked a non smoking room at the Days Inn. My reservation was confirmed. When we arrived we were told they didn’t have any non smoking rooms available for us and that we were stuck with a smoking room. The key card to our room didn’t work and we were told the only way to get in the room was with their master card. Bathtub had cigarette burns all over it. A dirty wash cloth was draped over the shower curtain. The bedding was stained with blood! They did replace the blood stained comforter 30 minutes later. If it hadn’t been for the fact it was midnight we would’ve left! The room looked nothing like the pictures on Expedias website! The hotel description is completely misleading!! The staff was rude and could’ve cared less about our experience. "

"The pool and elevator were down for months now. Didn’t know. It stated that you could bring pets and they said now. Had to book another hotel. They said they were renovating but no one was there doing it."
