Disliked: Staff & service
No where to be found. Address imprecise. No one answered phone. Wasted 6 hours over 2 days trying to locate hotel but gave up. Booked and prepaid for a week. Took more than a week to get refund. Hotel refused to tefund mutiple times. Even expedia simply said they refused. Very disappointed at expedia. No proper screening of hotel. Even they could not get in touch with the local phone number booked in the confirmation email. Very bad experience. Watch out when booking overseas especially in third world countries.
