Terrible value

This is a 2.5 star hotel at best. No hot water during the second day of my stay. Not clean, not well kept. I wouldn’t have minded if it was rated and priced as a 2.5 star hotel, but it’s not.

This property is very old and the room interior are very poor and old and not looks good The bed mattress and below are miserable! The breakfast is terrible and very poor . No face towels no ground towel . I don’t recommend this hotel at all .

when i check in they give me very old room very dirty internet connection very very very bad , no cloth hangers TV not working AC very cold and noisy cant control the temperature only on and off . reception people are careless they don't give you any attention . i contact Expedia to check out and change the hotel , but the manager come to me and he tried to help me by better room , he moved me to another room , but no internet at all very week . breakfast very poor .

اسوا موقع حجوزات واسوا فندق

الفندق سيئ منذ وصولي حيث ان حجزي كان صباح الجمعة الساعة السادسة حسب ما طلبت في الحجز ولكن الفندق رفض دخولي الا الساعة الثالثة ظهرا واستغلوا وجود زوجتي معي وقاموا بابتزازي حيث طلبوا دفع قيمة نصف يوم وتحقق لهم ما ارادوا ثم اني طلبت الفندق مع الافطار ولكنهم اخبروني بان الحجز لا يشمل الافطار تجربة لن اكررها مع هذا الفندق ولا مع hotel.com

We wanted a convenient location at a good price and this hotel fitted the bill. A good hotel but a little old and needs a freshen up. The staff were very good and the service was great.

Not very good, look elsewhere.

Not a very good hotel due to 4 reasons; 1. I asked for an in-smoking room and the room I was given clearly had been smoked in, or not sanitized after being converted to a non-smoking room. When I asked for a different room they simply sent up housekeeping who sprayed the room with air freshener. Now the room smelled of cigarettes and pinewood. 2. Th breakfast buffet was finished pretty early and didn't get replenished. 3. I prepaid via hotels.com 4 days in advance, but when I got there my reservation was nowhere to be found. Spent 30 min arguing and showing my confirmation code, in the end I was allowed to stay overnight while we sorted it out the next day (I arrived late). Not a very pleasant experience. 4. The bathtub was leaking, so while running the water to take a shower the bathroom was flooded. Stay somewhere else, I do not recommend this hotel.
