"To start off we had a great time. The place is beautiful the lobby is stunning such a grand impression. Absolutely love the boats all the greenery just beautiful. The pools were good just not a fan of the salt water pools. The beach area it has is very clean great for kids, and no seaweed was a plus but different from the open ocean we are used to. The rooms did not impress me way to small. The food was okay, buffet needs better dinner options. The mexican restaurant and the Taco place was our favorite. Leo was awesome at giving us the tour of the place. Amazing service from him, overall a good stay."

"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is fantastic with lots of activities and great dining choices. Alfredo, our Villa Manager (Villa 65 Butler), and his team, Julio and Bely, completely elevated our experience. They are highly professional, always smiling, and went above and beyond for us. A huge shout-out also goes to Alfred and Luciana at the infinity pool—such beautiful people, so helpful, and incredibly professional. Everyone worked so hard to make sure we had a perfect stay.The only feedback we have is about the food options, particularly at the breakfast buffet. The meat selection was about 90% pork, which was disappointing since we don't eat pork. We recommend the hotel offer more diverse alternatives for the millions of travelers who avoid pork.Can't wait to visit again! :)"

"Excellent resort very well kept, staff is very polite and attentive to your needs, wether you are coming with family or as a couple it has plenty of amenities and activities for your stay. The only downside for me was the beach area, I prefer the waves and true feeling of an ocean this area is more secluded."

"Our first all-inclusive and it was wonderful. Multiple restaurants and two food halls. Relaxing, part of a walkable neighborhood of shops and restaurants off sight and they had their own beach areas. Staff was so kind and rooms were clean, air conditioning worked great, nice sitting areas outside that were covered and not. Pools great-one with swim-up bar. You'll have to get used to the sereques running around. Our only complaint is we wish it was closer to the airport. Pay the extra $ to get a private car or Uber. Advise you do not take the shuttle that stops at multiple hotels-took us 2 hrs to get to our hotel because of all the traffic and stops - it wasn't the distance. We'd stay here again."
