"Our family returned to Grand Sirenis in February 2026, and once again the resort delivered an exceptional vacation experience. This was our third stay, and it truly felt like coming home to a place where the staff genuinely cares about every guest. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism. A heartfelt thank you to Marlene Castro, Erik, and Head Chef Fernando, whose dedication and attention to detail made our stay outstanding. Their commitment to service is one of the reasons we keep returning. Our two grandsons had an unforgettable time exploring the resort’s unique blend of jungle pathways, beach lagoons, and archaeological elements. The natural setting is unlike anything else in the Riviera Maya—lush, peaceful, and full of wildlife. It’s the perfect combination of adventure and relaxation for families. We also want to recognize the entire resort team for their excellent service throughout our stay. Every interaction—from dining to housekeeping to guest services—was handled with genuine care and professionalism. "This is our 4th and best time at Dreams Tulum. The preferred club was well worth every penny. Manuel was incredible from the check in where we were whisked into a private lounge where we could eat and drink while checking in, no waiting. We wanted a quieter room and were able to move even thought the hotel was sold out, thank you Manuel and Victoria. Everything stood out, but Geyslor at the beach preferred club is very special, personable, warm and professional. We got a bed on the beach one of the days and enjoyed relaxing and being taken care of by staff. Even though the club was sold out there was no waiting, enough chairs and didn't feel crowded at pools or beach. I had teenagers with me and they enjoyed their time as much as we did. Also visited a couple cenotes and Tulum city which is 15 minutes away. Enjoy!"

"We had a top floor Seaside suite with a swim out. It was very nice. Only complaint was the room next to us was being renovated. The Noise & Paint Fumes were missable my husband complained but nothing was done. We were trying to work & enjoy our room but the smell was bad/ dangerous. "

"We booked the Palace, which looked lovely, but Barcelo moved us to the adults only Riviera. And that was amazing. Superb beach and hotel, great service, excellent food and good drinks. "
