"Our room could have used a little bit more tidying but the staff are what made our stay so great. The entertainment staff and bartenders really made an effort to make our time enjoyable, fun, and feel like home. Librado, Julio, and Rodrigo were incredibly friendly and always put a smile on our faces. They are so so sweet. The entertainment staff, including Carlos, Giampaolo, Alejandro, Claudia, Job, and Xim were all so amazing. Besides having a great time at the resort, we made so many friends. Each and every staff member made our stay amazing - Bahía Príncipe Tulum truly wouldn’t be the same without all of the staff. "
