"We had a great time and would definitely go again. The rooms were large and clean. House keeping came everyday and did a great job, our fridge was well stocked and we would leave and drink requests on a note with a tip for when they restocked daily. All the staff were very nice throughout the resort. The buffet's were good and had a wide variety, and the restaurants were all very good. The beach is Rocky but as long as you bring water shoes you'll be fine, it was worth it for the snorkeling. "

"Room was very clean, the bartenders were not friendly, we did not know about all of the kids activities until our trip was almost over. The food was horrible, honestly, im not even sure what food there was. We mostly ate Pizza and Pasta and omelettes for breakfast. "

"This resort is very average and not as good as the dreams in Punta Cana.
- it’s old and dated
- the restaurants aren’t very good and they’re often closed
- rooms need an update
- the biggest complaint is that there’s two pools and one of them is used all day as a party. Constant music, people drinking in the pool all day (and never getting out to go to the washroom),
- there are limited lounge chairs and they’re always “reserved by 7:00 am.
- lastly and not someting the resort can manage but there’s a huge sargasm problem rendering tue beach and ocean a smelly mess.

"Enjoyed our stay. The Activities Staff was amazing (shout out to Leo, Leslie, Paola, Natalia, Davina, and Jorge) and we enjoyed the beach, pool, and evening entertainment. Check in was fine, it it would have been helpful to know that we would have a building concierge who would give us all the specific details (Building 18- Michelle Ramirez was fantastic!). Beautiful property and it met our expectations. "
