"We stayed here for 2 nights in early October 2025. It’s not the fanciest hotel but it has a great location. The bed was hard. Pillows were good. Great shower with hot water! Loved that our balcony opened up with a view of the lake. Lovely shops and dining all around. If you want more of a budget friendly stay in a good location close to the ferry then this will work well for you! "

"This property was fantastic! The staff was super friendly and very helpful. This hotel offers shuttle service which was a lifesaver that takes you near the ferry. The food at this hotel was also very delicious, everything was fresh and they had a great variety of choices. They upgraded our room and the view was breathtaking! I love this place and would definitely recommend others to go here "

"The family took care of us at every corner. Their restaurant is 135 years old. Did anything we asked. Sent us to the good spot. You can’t match that dinner. No way. Brand new rooms that are the best!"

"This guest house was magical! Joseph (the proprietor) bent over backwards to make our stay wonderful-- he met us late at night to check in, made us special breakfasts for our kids, arranged a dinner reservation at an amazing restaurant, and so much more. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked great, and the location in Lierna was absolutely perfect-- a sweet little street near the main plaza and harbor. We would return in a heartbeat!"

"Beautiful view. It has a .6 mile walk down cobble stone steps to the ferry. So be prepared to walk. But very doable and worth it! Loved our stay! "

"The property would have been great only if they picked up our luggage from the bus port. It is high up in the mountain, very difficult to drag your luggage. Not enough warning provided as to how difficult it would be to take your baggage. No taxi, no pick up, I saw other guests who almost cried, dragging their luggage up to the hotel often on narrow oncoming traffic."
