I Purchased a safe place for her to stay and hotel staff cancelled the room reservation, instead of calling me directly, to inquire further. I am also requesting a full-refund. "I came in town to visit my farther in the hospital. I normally stay in a Hilton property but i was trying to save money and chose the hotel it was a mistake on my part. The sheets where dirty bathroom was dirty remote for the tv didn't work had a smell in the room like mildew. The outside is very deceiving looks decent on the outside. Doors for outside entry ways where propped open because card access didn't work. Would not recommend."
