"We appriciated the cleanliness of the property. However, we did have an issue with the intial room as it had not been cleaned. (Staff did not show up) additionally the back door near our room was not able to be accessed from outside. This should be something that should be fixed. We did get a chance to use the hot tub and were pleasently suprised that the jets did not splash all up into our faces (Thank You). Excellent experince overall. "
