"Absolutely beautiful Christmas decorations that lived up to all the hype. The room was nicely appointed and every single staff, from traffic control to the front desk were exceptionally customer service oriented and welcoming. We will be returning next year!"

The staff was very helpful and friendly and made sure everything went smoothly. There were a few moments when upstairs guests footsteps were a little loud, but nothing too bad. "

The bathroom lighting is not great for women when trying to put on makeup, etc. And there is no AC vent in there either. Also, the showerheads are never strong enough. Takes longer and uses more water when they arent steong. "
