Convenience of a University Shopping Plaza, a Carl's Junior, a couple Gas Stations, and if you were to travel towards, and then under the freeway, University of Riverside. Check out the Libraries. The Library in the ARTS Building, downstairs, those are all her books! She has a wonderful, and unique collection of books from her travels. I Love Her Dearly! If you travel further down University there is a new Shopping, and Entertainment area to the right. It was created from a Motel that still stands there. Beautifull! Further down is some shopping in a small Shopping Plaza. A She store Outlet, a Dollar Tree, a Grocery Outlet, a Planet Fitness, and a few more things. Not to nock them but there are Homeless. There are nice, and those you want to avoid. One thing, I will say this, scrap the Counseling, Riverside, and other you don't need. The Federal Funds can go towards housing the Homeless!

The room was clean. Everything worked. In place of individual Shampoo, Conditioner, and Lotion, there was Push-Pump Bottles. Mango Shampoo, and Body Wash in the Shower, and Liquid Soap on the Sink. Very Nice! Very Nice Person in the Morning for Maid Service. About 1/4 Mile from University of California Riverside. The Motel 6 is just behind a Gas Station on the corner. A Gas Station across the street. Across from the Gas Station is a Starbucks. Across the street from Starbucks is a Shpping Plaza. Next to the Motel 6 is a Carl's Junior, and Weinerschnitzle, and other food shops. Opposite direction from UCR on University you will see a couple Grocery Stores across the street from one another. A WSS Shoe Outlet Store, a Walgreens, and other shops.

Facing University Avenue from the Check In Desk, there is a Gas Station to your left, a Carl's Junior Fast-Food Restauran, across University Avenue is a small Shopping Plaza, turning right onto University Avenue is the University of California Riverside. From the Check In Desk, exiting the Motel 6 parking lot to your left you will turn right onto Iowa, and to your left is a Shell Gas Station, and across the street is a Starbucks. Turning left onto University Avenue you will see to your right, you will see what looks to be a Motel. It is Specialty Shops, and Live Entertainment that were made from the updated, major facelift that was done to the buildings, and the property. Further down University Avenue you will come to Chicago Avenue. A Winchell's Donuts, and Walgreens to your right, to your left a small Shopping Plaza with a Food 4 Less, and across the street from there, a small Shopping Plaza with a Shoe Outlet Store, a Grocery Outlet, a Dollar Tree, and a Planet Fitness. There are some Fast Food Restaurants, a BANK OF AMERICA, ALTURA, and a CITI BANK or CHASE BANK in the University Shopping Plaza across from Motel 6. Sorry, I am familiar but not that familiar with everything. Enjoy your stay!

Decent stay. Room was tidy. House keeping and front desk staff were nice/helpful. Though it was missing a microwave and it was advertised that it would have one. A little rundown as well. Also, whoever was staying above me was very very noisy at all hours of the day/night. But a very good location- lots of food places nearby.
