"The room was very clean. The front desk was very nice and friendly. Housekeeping was even friendly when they came to the door to tell us it was check out time even granted us late check out without giving an attitude. Pleasant experience. The water in the shower stayed hot for hours. "

Shower took a long while before getting warm. Waiter at the Presidential didn’t seemed to happy to serve and did the bare minimum- expected more from a high end eatery. Hotel stay a definite comeback. "

"Would absolutely stay at the Ayres in Moreno Valley again. I had a 3-day conference at the Riverside Convention Center and booked late, so had to find a hotel in Moreno Valley. Aside from a few small details that weren’t “dealbreakers” (a loose toilet seat and light switch plate, a slightly-clogged sink), everything was great. The overall condition of the hotel and room was great. Loved the high ceiling in the room. The quietness of the hotel, the cleanliness. The friendly and attentive staff. *I would maybe just request a couple more vegetarian breakfast options—like fruit. "
