"The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The pictures representing the hotel however, were misleading. They made the rooms, lobby, pool, and breakfast area appear considerably larger than they were. For a bargain price, I would have been satisfied, however, for the exorbitant price we paid, I expected more."

"We were a tad nervous about this stay but the price was right, the location fit, and the reviews were good. Turns out the reviews were spot on. This is an older motel with room doors facing outside. The property is older and the building shows its age in small ways…small elevator, small doors, room size and layout are dated. Beyond that, the room was spotless. Everything worked. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom, while small, was clean and had been updated recently. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. Great stay on our way South. "

"Upon arrival, we noted that the parking lot was empty. We walked into the office and it had a stale, sour smell. Being cautious, we asked to view the room before checking in. The clerk handed us a key card. We went to the room and tried to open the door. No luck. We peered through the window. The room looked dingy and dirty. The bed was poorly made. We returned the card to the clerk. Did not check in, drove another hour to the next town. I will never stay at this motel."

"Do not stay here unless you are desperate like we were. There was hair on the toilet lid (bowl and seat were clean), in the shower and on the bathroom floor. One of the beds didn’t have a bottom sheet and there was a huge gap under the door. A trim board was lying in the exterior hallway outside the room - nail side up. "

"Tv outdated…no ability to stream. No charging capability for USB C…need to get with the times! Very busy weekend and elevators slow. Breakfast excellent."
