Cramped and impersonal

"The room was clean and modern, but quite small and cramped for two people. The front desk staff was helpful, but there was no phone in the room to call the staff. The iPad FAQ was incomplete and some answers were inaccurate. Overall it felt a bit impersonal and unwelcoming."
