"What an incredible experience! This was my first time staying at GWL and it def won’t be my last. Took my 6 year old daughter and we both loved it. We arrived at 11am and were told our room was already ready via the quick and easy self-service check-in kiosk. Ok there was a slight hiccup there bc the kiosk had an error printing our bracelets, but that wasn’t a big deal. We got those from the courteous check-in staff who also told us about all of the great events they had going on and gave us our wolf ears. The entire place looks well maintained. No chipping paint or outdated elements. The hallways are even painted nicely, have animal themed carpeting, and animal themed light accents which was a nice touch. The room was spacious and the shower pressure was perfect! Beds were comfortable too. Although idk why only 3 pillows per bed. If you have 2 people in one bed, does one person get 2 pillows and the other only get one? Again, not an issue for us but just a weird thing overall to me. The water park was a lot of fun and plenty of activities/rides to keep you going all day. Also plenty of food options as well. Oh and bars throughout, for the adults which was nice… and a full DUNKIN shop inside in case you want non-hotel offered options (exciting for me as I’m originally from the east coast where Dunkin has far more locations than here in CA). The employees were all very nice too. My only minor issue was the bathroom area was cold in the water park but it wasn’t that bad. "
