"Check in was fast"

"I wasn’t overly impressed with this hotel. The location is close to amenities and it has a secure parking garage which I appreciated especially given the downtown location. The bed wasn’t comfortable, We ordered room service.The food we ordered was lukewarm and very bland. The hotel accepts pets but it’s in a terrible location if travelling with a dog. There are no grassy areas close to the hotel. Riverside Park is a great location nearby but dogs aren’t allowed. "

"Name and the service match exactly. Cheap but best. - room has full heat and cold air conditioning. - washroom is 100% clean - bedroom is clean and tightly. - microwave, TV, stove, and fridge are working fine. - included breakfast You won't get these anywhere else. "

"Bed was comfy with soft pillows. Grandson swam in pool which was fine. Was okay for the night snd had a good sleep. Bagged breakfast consisted of juice box, muffin, yogurt and banana."

"I asked for a city room view she dismissed my request saying I have a Mountain View IE (view of the parking lot) the hotel had a low vacancy rate so it wouldn’t have been an issue. There are many other hotels to choose from in Kamloops "

"One night in Room 214: Bath had not been washed. The shower curtain is frayed and needs better washing. The bathroom sink was clogged. The toilet is a cheap Chinese brand that clogs if you just look at it. A lot of dust visible on some of the furniture and a lot behind the television. Living room table is very scratched and worn. Back of toilet seat would require better cleaning. There are no bars to hang towels from even though there is plenty of wall space to install them. I do not understand the high rating this establishment received. A complaint was made when we left."
