"Our room was immaculately presented, super comfortable furniture and bedding and all the amenities you could need from a kitchen! We had a 1st floor villa and was incredibly close to the pool which was clean, warm and inviting!"

"room had issues..ceiling fan not work ..81 degrees at nite, carbon dioxide beeping, no elevator, no bar Saturday nite, far from town, shuttle ends early on Saturday…they did have a humidifier. hot tubs very small for size of hotel. food was good, breakfast ok"

"The space was well laid out for a family of four. Since we visited in the early part of summer, the room was a bit warm with no a/c available. However, we enjoyed the amenities and close proximity to restaurants and shops."

"In the first room the heat was on, temperature was 88⁰ and the AC was not turning on after attempting, we walked straight back to the front desk and explained that would not be okay for us and our dog. The front desk said she could send maintenance.. she then said she could make an exception, but that they normally would not offer a different room. The only other room had construction going on above, there was hammering / pounding heard from the ceiling for the first 30 minutes. I undertand that remodels require noise and unsightly areas, but so much of that hotel and the rooms look worn down, definitely not a place where $50 parking per day and a $100 pet fee is appropriate. The breakfast was good, lots of options, but i'd never suggest this hotel based on the customer service, extra charges, and looking like a low-grade motel in the rooms and hallways."

"It was a beautiful view. The room was without AC and was pretty outdated - other than that it was great. "

"While the rooms are dated, the stay was amazing. We had a large 1 room condo with great view of the mountains. The facility was great and we made good use of the pool and game area. Great location with wonderful food options and shopping minutes away."

"The rooms were very clean. We loved the fireplace and access to the trails nearby. The location is amazing because you can be near anything you need within 3-5 minutes. I really liked how they had extra garage bags, cleaning supplies for dishes and an onsite washer/dryer. We visited from Tennessee and loved having the humidifiers in every bedroom. The windows are breathtaking when they are all open. We also enjoy opening the windows with the fresh air and sitting by the fireplace. Everything was decorated so modern which we loved. It was plenty of room for our family of 4."

"Booked this hotel because it advertised that breakfast was included. When we walked down on our first morning, we found out that it was NOT included. But the staff was extremely nice, room was clean and the shuttle drop off/pick up was great! Also, be aware that there is a charge to valet/park your vehicle per night."
