Room had mold. Sheets were dirty. The hotel was fully booked so I couldn’t get a room change and when I spoke about a refund I was told to contact a manager that was not in office until Monday. It was Saturday… checked out early.

Bed was nice, all the staff I spoke with were amazing and helpful. I had only one issue with one lady being kinda rude but EVERYONE else was so nice and helpful.
