"Excellent property in all aspects. Albana and the rest of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect right in the heart of Riva del Garda. Parking was so accessible and secure. Room upgrade was an absolute bonus. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Riva del Garda. I would stay here again shld I return. 10+ stars "

"The interior was not what we expected from those pictures, there were spider webs in the ceiling of the upper floor. Bathroom floors were very slippery after a shower. A shower curtain in the downstairs bathroom would be a good idea."

Cristiano (the owner) is a super host - he was so helpful in giving us any information we needed, especially about celiac (they have celiac in the family so he was happy to share his useful knowledge).
