Lugnt läge och utmärkt service

Mycket trevligt hotell, välskött, rent och service på topp av hjälpsam personal. Vi kände oss mycket väl omhändertagna under hela veckan. Fin frukost med bra variation och personlig service vid bordet vid val av dryck och äggrätter. Bokar garanterat detta hotell igen om vi har möjlighet. Läget är bra, helt tyst under både dag och nattetid, tar endast 5 minuter att promenera ner mot livligare delar med restauranger och bad.

This is a very nice hotel, exceptionally clean and the staff were polite, helpful and welcoming. It is located in a quiet area and is only a 10 minute walk to the lake and the bus station. A very pleasant stay Thankyou Things we didn’t like Lack of adaptor sockets in the room, only 1 that we could see No bin in the room, although there was one in the bathroom Shower cubicle was tiny and the showered head bracket did not stay in place so shower head kept slipping to the bottom Sink was leaking I would expect more from a 4 star hotel

O hotel está bem localizado …uma caminhada de 10m e vc está na área central onde toda a movimentação acontece …o café da manhã é muito bom pois vc pode pedir se quiser algo diferente ,e o único problema foi que os travesseiros são muito ruins …duros demais ….de resto estava tudo perfeito !!

Skønt hotel

Virkelig skønt hotel med dejlig udsigt mod bjergene. Meget sødt og hjælpsomt personale. Rengøringen er i top. Spa afdelingen er også fin. Eneste minus i år var, at der var børn , de måtte dog ikke være indenfor i spaafdelingen, men var udenfor ved poolen. Det forventer man ikke, når man har bestilt voksenhotel.

gutes Hotel alles in allem

Das Hotel war sehr gepflegt und alles schön sauber. Das Personal am Empfang sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Restaurant können wir leider nicht empfehlen und auch hier sollten die Kellner nicht so arrogant den Gästen gegenüber sein. Parkplatzsition sollte unbedingt verbessert werden denn man möchte nicht jedes Mal nach einem Parkplatz fragen wenn der obige Parkplatz voll belegt ist und warten bis ein Mitarbeiter kommt um zu suchen wo man in der Garage parken kann. Sicherlich wäre dies auch stressfreier für die Damen am Empfang. Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel mit kleinen Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten. Und bitte die Klimaanlage nicht einfach abstelken wenn es draußen über 30 Grad hat ;-) Danke

Wonderful King suite

In room 208 was a treat!!! Vineyard on our terrace,,,2 bathrooms and wonderful hotel..staff was a bit ubnderstaffed at front desk..but Sabrina made up for it all!!!!!

The staff were so wonderful and helpful in every area. Great pool and also indoor spa which gives you the flexibility to choose. Food was lovely although we also ate out in town as well. The recommendations from Bruno about where to cycle we’re great and we really enjoyed cycling to Arco and then onto Dro with some fab views. Lovely hotel
