"Great location, close to water taxi to not have to haul luggage too far. The staff was so kind and helpful. The shower and water pressure were great. They stored our luggage before we could check in and after we checked out until we left the island. So helpful."

"Great hotel! Just 2-4 min walk to the Rialto Pier for Water Bus, Private taxis, and airport transfers. Literally a flat walk. No bridges and stairs. Once you get to the pier, you go straight towards a small alley, be alert for a big red floor mat that says hotel bella venezia on your left. That is where you enter the hotel. April was nice and offered us a partner restaurant close by. Get the card and go to the Pizzeria Giglio and get the seafood pasta! The best pasta I had in Italy. The property is old but well maintained. The walls are made od bricks but you can hear some conversation from outside. Didn’t bother us a bit. If you care about location to the pier and the attractions this is the best hotel for you."

"This hotel was close to everything that I wanted to do. A six minute walk from the vaporetto and gondola rides are readily available right outside of the hotel. The free breakfast was delicious and the staff were extremely polite and helpful."

"The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and spacious and it was cleaned twice a day. And the location could not be more perfect, just steps from San Marco and the Grand Canal. Highly recommend and will definitely return for my next time in Venice!"

"I really liked staying at this hotel. It is so close to Saint Mark's Square but still really quiet. It's location made it super easy to go anywhere and do anything and still find your way back to the hotel. It was super clean and the cleaning staff was working hard every day. It is being managed by the other hotel about four feet across the street, so there is no one on-site. That didn't bother me, but it did mean that the lobby was unattended. Breakfast was in that other hotel every morning (just basic carbs and coffee machine coffee). The AC in the room worked great. The water was hot."
