"quite, rural setting with amazing view of the Guidi castle, very good breakfast, excellent dinner.....besides being priced most reasonably."

"Great boutique hotel and very helpful and nice staff"

"Bed was hard as a rock. It is a bit remote but we loved it. Beautiful sunsets and surrounding property. We loved the pool and the on site restaurant. We did a day of horseback riding and it was a highlight of our trip."

"Nice place friendly staff nice hiking areas "

"Nice place to stay at for a night or two and get the villa experience. "

"Perfect hotel, excellent location in the middle of Stia, a small and cute town in the middle of Casentino valley in Toscany with many places to visit nearby. The room was extremely clean, nicely decorated, spacious bathroom. Service from Patrizia and the team was excellent. They are all very proud of what they're doing and they reflect it onto their guests. I will be back! "

"We had a clean room with a beautiful view of the Poppi castle and Tuscany landscape. The concierge recommended some incredible restaurants during our visit which were so good! The breakfast was basic but still good, and parking was readily available. Highly recommend! "

"Enjoyed our stay and breakfast was great. "

"A wonderful place for kids. Tree nest. Two pools. Tidy grounds. "

"Excellent place, great food, awesome pool."

"Agriturismo da cartolina, uno dei più belli che abbia mai visto."

"We had fantastic time here! The property is so beautiful and special! The views are stunning and the breakfast was very delicious! Hope we will come again! Special thanks to Tania who was very friendly and nice all the time!"

"Very modern hotel with rooms that are more apartments than just hotel rooms. The food is great! There is a small spa, too. 50 Euros for two persons/three hours was a bargain. Staff was very helpful, but only one member spoke English. The charming lady who welcomed us made good use of Google Translate. Perhaps even better than the hotel is the nature reserve in which it's located. The drive up the mountain is long and somewhat difficult, but well worth it."

"Receptionist Franscisca was very nice. Breakfast was ok. Sabrina was excellent! Very kind. Shower was great, but room a little small. Parking space was excellent!"

"The word excellent is not enough to describe our hosts, the residence, the view and the amazing dinner and breakfast (provided at a nominal fee). We immediately felt like family rather than guests. We have been traveling Italy for over three weeks now, and have experienced a variety of accommodations, but our stay here could not have been better. As an added bonus, we were just minutes away from Castello Nipozzano Mille grazie Alessandra and Jacobo!! We look forward to visiting again"

"Camera confortevole , bagno pulito e molto grande . Televisore in camera molto piccolo. Colazione buona . Le piscine troppo affollate e con poca manutenzione . Nel prezzo della camera che è già abbastanza elevato potrebbero includere altri servizi della spa che invece sono tutti a pagamento ."

"Staff are wonderfully friendly and made our stay as we are at our own home. The steak we ate was fantastic along with all the other great hospitality. We would like to come back n the near future!"

"Our stay was aboslutely wonderful! The house and farm lies high up in the Tuscan hills and we were immersed in lush greenery with a river flowing nearby. Lorenzo was very welcoming and cooked us a delicious Tuscan dinner every night. We also loved his beautiful dog and two cats who made our stay extra nice! The room was sprakling clean and very cozy. "

"Alles was perfect!"

"Friendly staff, great breakfast and beautiful location"
