"Die Lage ist sehr gut. Ruhig in einer Seitenstraße gelegen, aber trotzdem zu Fuß oder über den nahen Bus in wenigen Minuten gut mit dem Stadtzentrum verbunden. Generell könnte die Anlage mal eine Renovierung vertragen. Viele Einrichtungsgegenstände in unserem Appartement stammten aus den 1980er Jahren. Der Empfang und auch der Service war sehr freundlich. Den Preis für das angebotene Frühstück (ca. 28 Euro pro Erwachsener und 17 Euro pro Kind) haben wir mit Blick auf das doch recht überschaubare...

"This hotel, although a one night stay was incredible. Everything from the beds to the robes were very comfortable and the view was just amazing. Amenities, like the pool and spa were roomy and great to relax in. To top it all off, the next morning there was a beautiful breakfast buffet that had foods like fresh fruits, eggs and more. Overall, this hotel was an awesome stay and I would highly recommend it!"

"Beautiful views, great amenities. Breakfast buffet was stellar, loved the pool, sauna and wellness area (wish it was open longer hours). Staff very helpful, parking easy and rooms were clean and well appointed with comfortable beds. It's a bit of a drive up the mountain, but that affords privacy and beautiful views. We loved our room with a deck that ran all around."

Die Anlage, der Pool und das Appartment waren immer sauber und gepflegt. Am Besten hat uns der Blick in die Berge vom Balkon aus gefallen. "We loved our stay at Palais Hortenberg. Everything was perfect, from the location across the street from the Archeological Museum where Otzi resides, to proximity to great restaurants, shopping, and the Funivia that takes you up into the spectacular hill country above the city. The hotel and staff were top notch. The bed was super comfortable and everything was high tech. This hotel is only 3 years old, and is equipped with the most modern of amenities. Would definitely recommend without reservation. "
